The registration contains several possible packages. The two standard packages are:
- Regular: includes access to the conference, lunches and social event.
- Student: the same as regular, but for PhD and Masters students.
Additional packages for special cases:
- Invited: the same as regular, for invited speakers.
- Local (including lunches): for members of labs located in Montpellier. Does not contain a ticket for the social event.
- Local (not including lunches): for members of labs located in Montpellier. Does not contain a ticket for the social event.
- Organizers: for members of the organization.

Note : For security reasons, the registration platform allows only one connection for payment. Before registering, please make sure that you are able to finalize the payment of your registration.
If you have already started your registration without completing it, the platform considers that you are already registered. In this case, please re-register using another email address and send us an email to let us know, we will delete your first registration.

Visa Letter
For those who need a visa to travel to France, a visa support letter can be issued by local organizers. Please send your request to stacs2020-visa@sciencesconf.org (subject « Visa support letter request ») with the following information:
• Your name as it appears on your passport
• Your nationality and the passport/travel document number
• Your registration confirmation number (you must register before requesting a visa support letter)
• Current postal mailing address
• Your affiliation
• If you are an author or co-author of an accepted paper, please indicate the title of the paper.
Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received. Please note that visa support letters are issued via email in PDF, and the email will be sent to the email address that you used to make your request.
